Insite Banking System: Support Services
The Insite Banking Department treats our customers with respect and assists them utilizing the software to its full potential. In addition, we offer the following services, which help build a strong relationship with our customers:

  • Toll-free Support from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST
  • Beeper Support Service for after-hours.
  • Dial-Up Support Using Thin Client technology, we can actually shadow and watch the end-user and assist them.
  • Support lines are answered by "real people", not voice mail.
  • Log and Review Support Calls daily, monitoring any outstanding support issues.
  • Enhancement Requests are always welcome
  • Utilize such technology as the Internet, fax, and e-mail to respond to our customers in a timely fashion.
  • One company for hardware, network, and software support.

  • Publish weekly newsletter with upcoming events, version changes, and new technology available.
